The Kimmel Center Box Office, which has been generously underwritten by the Delaware River Port Authority, is open daily from 10am until 6pm, or until one-half hour after the last performance begins in the Kimmel Center. The Academy of Music Box Office is open from two hours before through one-half hour after a performance begins.

Personal checks require 10 business days to process, and are therefore accepted at the Box Office for events taking place a minimum of 10 business days after the date of purchase.

Official Ticket Outlet
Ticket Philadelphia, a division of the Kimmel Center, is the only authorized outlet for individual tickets for shows presented at the Kimmel Center, the Academy of Music and the Merriam Theater. Tickets purchased from other sources are purchased at your own risk. We urge patrons to purchase tickets from our official ticket provider only. By purchasing only from the official outlet, you are assured that the ticket you receive is valid and is being sold to you at face value.

When you buy from someone other than Ticket Philadelphia:

  • We cannot guarantee that your tickets are genuine.
  • You almost always will pay more than face value.
  • We cannot replace lost or stolen tickets.
  • We cannot contact you with information on show cancellations, time changes, road closures or traffic updates, upcoming shows or other useful information.
  • You are supporting businesses that make it harder for true fans to see their favorite performers without paying a premium charge.

Ticket Policy
All Sales are final. There are no refunds or exchanges. This ticket purchase will appear on your credit card statement as TICKET PHILADELPHIA. If your tickets are being mailed to you, it is your responsibility to notify us prior to the performance if you do not receive your tickets so we may reprint them for you upon your presenting the Order Confirmation, credit card used in the purchase and proper photo identification. Artists are subject to change without prior notice and a change of artist is not cause for a refund. Inclement weather is not a cause for refund unless a performance is actually cancelled. In the event of severe rain or snow, weather updates and performance status are noted on the homepage of www.kimmelcenter.org.

All persons entering the theater, including babes in arms, must have a ticket. Broadway shows are recommended for children ages 5 and up. Please check event listing for family-friendly designation. Latecomers and those who exit during the performance will be seated at the discretion of the facility staff. Copying any performance by camera, audio, or video recording equipment is prohibited.

Tickets purchased through this website are for your personal use and may not be resold for more than face value. We reserve the right to cancel any order we deem in conflict of this policy. If we cancel your order, or hold your tickets for box office pick-up (with photo ID), we will contact you via email within two business days.

The American Express Company welcomes you to the Kimmel Center.
